To assess the responsibilities of the office

1. Supervise the implementation of major decisions and important work of the school, supervise the implementation of various work of the school in an all-round way, and give feedback to the school leaders in a timely manner.

Ii. Responsible for the formulation and improvement of the school's assessment system, reward and punishment system and incentive performance-based salary system.

3. Responsible for the daily attendance management and statistics of the school staff to provide basis for year-end assessment.
